i love how because of lional’s attention to his own secret being let out and so erasing his son’s memory he looses the chance to learn clark’s. haha oh, the irony!!LOL! although it is too bad lex doesn’t know clark’s secret he looked up to clark when he did and reminded me of the little red headed kid he used to be
I swear, I cried when Lex was about to be shocked. I realize that he is Clarks nemesis, but perhaps if the Fates had dealt them different hands, Lex would have been a better man…the man apart from the monster.
the problem i have with this episode is the whole shock therapy treatment being called experimental and risky. They have been doing shock therapy for years with great success. My grandmother had to be institutionalized for excessive nervousness. After they made a killing off her on meds and keeping her in a mental ward for a year, they did shock therapy on her and the short term memory loss was only temporary and the results of the treatment were amazing. All shock therapy does is scrambles your brains electrical paths so they form new health ones. its barbaric i know but its very effective and millions of people have been helped by the treatment.
i think the one Lex gets is meant to be a lot stronger. cause what most people get are just small shock for a few seconds, luckily for Lex his was shorter then it should of been. my mum told me this stuff XD
I really like lex. the way he talks and his attitude. I like Clark very strong shy boy. I dont like Lana when shes kissing with someone other than clark.
I’m SO glad Lex isn’t (as) insane now… I wanted to cry (lol) when he found out the secret and went berserk, Lex was my favorite character… Then, I remembered–Clark and Lex are enemies. :[ Haha. He’s not so much my favorite anymore. XD I think I like Pete better anyway. lol. Let’s jsut hope Smallville doesn’t ruin him too.
ever see the ep. when clarks blood boils (in the vile) when next to the meteor rock? he moves around way too much when the meteors are around, he should be more crippled. if he’s able to move his arms and what not he should be able to chuck the rock away.
agree with you! In this ep, Lex say he will keep Clark Secert and not told nobody and I REALLY BEALIVE him. I always wish Clark will told Lex again but it not happened. And now, Lex is bad guy, and I Really hate that!
The problem is, as Pete explained in this episode, it’s hard for him to keep the secret and to not slip something. If Clark told all his friends his secret, that’s just one more chance of someone like Lionel finding out about him, too.
And didn’t u listen what Jo-El was told Clark. He can’t just say his secret to others without sacrificing his loving ones. He already loss his baby brother or sister :>
Yep.. just like lex stands by everyone… No.. Lex has never once betrayed the trust of anybody else. He’s never lied. Manipulated. Stolen or Killed. Nope. Not Lex. Perfect Angle. I’m certain had clark said something to lex.. there could be nothing bad that would come of that. I mean. It’s not like Lex would stick him in a kryptonite cage or anything like his father. Or perhaps use Clark for his own personal gain.

I like brunettes and don’t like blonds but Chloe is SO much better than Lana for Clark because Chloe loves Clark for selfless reasons and she is a ride or die chick. Even if she was hurt like Lana was hurt, she wouldn’t give up on Clark.
