I’m glad Clark can finally get over Lana cause it’s antagonizing watching the two of them together. Especially since you could see through the episodes how Lois feels. Lana is a man eater and always pushed Clark away when it came to other guys! Whitney, then Lex, then Clark. I’m surprised she didn’t try to jump Oliver’s bones while she was at it! They finally got that kiss! I just wish it was more private for the two of them!
I love these types of episodes, where it is not driven by the action, but rather by the characters and their stories. Finally, Clark takes charge. He has known for a long time that Lois was waiting for him. But then when you consider how long he waited to get together with Lana, I guess it is par for the course. I love Mia and wish they did more with her. Maybe even given her a costume as Speedy. But it is the interaction with the characters that make this episode so good. Oliver’s attempt to win Lois back (he knew she was sweet on Clark since the wedding last season), Lois and Clark’s audition, the hack-off between Chloe and Stuart, and even Zod and Tess. But of course it is the Lois and Clark scenes that take the cake. Lois’s sniping of Catherine Grant and Clark’s jealousy of Oliver. I wish they did more episodes like this. Maybe they will next season.

Lana always seemed like she had a hidden agenda. Clark needs a good reliable woman who he can trust… In comes Lois. She is the type thats gonna call someone on their bullshit like she did with oliver when she thought he was trying to kill himself. She’s good for Clark.
