The writers should be sacked. There have been a few silly episodes in this series, but this one takes the biscuit. Vampires (like witches) are too far outside the basic premises on which the Superman stories are founded. Nothing hung well together, some of the dialogue was too corny for words, and Lana was – yet again – pushed too far out of character.
I can understand why some people would be disapointed with this episode. But I wasn’t I really liked it. They weren’t really vampires they were effected by the meteor rocks just like every other episode. There was no difference between the girl who sucked fat or the boy who could split himself into.. none of that is believable either. But thats why its a fantasy show. And thats what makes it great!
I think it was a fine episode too. But I do agree that Lana sometimes is being pushed out of character. But at least she always gets back to normal. Smallville is the best show ever!
I can only partially agree with some of the haters of this episode. Despite the fact that this had all the makings of a teen slasher film, I thought the writers really made an enthralling story. Writing the whole story from the perspective of Chloe made me really connect with it. Good work writers of Smallville…
man i hate knowing whats gona happen in the future ep everytime i see braniac i yell out no braniacs gona get dooms day to kill you clark and when he saw cloe i was like you two are gona be vary close I felt the connection when he staired at her
i really give credit to the writers for his one.i love the fact that they did this episode from chloe’s point of view.i felt a real connection to this one.i don’t understand why allot of people don’t like this episode,and i mean come on ,at the end when chloe says “up up and away ,”that’s classic superman ,i really love this one (^^,)V

I love it when one of the sisters refers to Clark as “Carlos”. Very funny to me.

this episode was right up there with the stupid ones from season 1 and 2. i thought this season was going so great then this abomination comes along.
