I bet she’s lying. Superman doesn’t kill doomsday, seein as doomsday is unkillable. How is it that no one except Davis knows this? He can’t die AT ALL, he just comes back stronger. All Clark can do is beat him up and chain him to a meteor which he then throws into deep space. Sure it ain’t original – but the oldies are the goodies, right?

Maybe it is Zor-El, and he wants Clark to face because he knows Doomsday is (virtually) indestructible and would kill Clark (after all Doomsday is his creation/son). I thought its unusual that Jor-El would ask Tess to destroy the crystal, its been a vital tool for Clark to banish Evil Krytonians. If it said ‘you will be the saviour of Kandor’ then maybe it is because its manipulating Tess. But on the other hand, since Doomsday is ‘indestructible’ Clark is going to need guidance from Jor-El because how else will he find out what kills Doomsday.
I completely disagree. She’s not a dog.. but she’s quite plain in my opinion.

Next episode ends davis and the season, There will be more as the series has been renewed. Kandor is the Kryptonian colony planet with the red star that was cut off durring the war, Several series have used them before.
And above all other things clark is a bloody fisking moron. He needs to get off his ass, learn to fly and stop with this hypocritical moralizing. He can hardly go an episode without contradicting himself at least times.
And Tess is also a moron, she should have firgured out by now that killing the doomsday construct simply makes it stronger, she’s seen enough evidance.

Hey David. Those are intense,”sad”, and possibly true predictions you have there… But how can there be another season IF Clark dies at the end of this season? He’s the core of the story and without him I can’t see it happening…. unless he were able to actually come back to life AGAIN!
How would that work? Honestly i’m confused. Even Kryptonians should (have to)be able to die someday, don’t you think?

if you read the comic, and watch the animated movie, clark doesn’t die. his heart slows to such a dramatic level that his heartbeats are DAYS apart. hence- his death like appearance.
but knowing tv, they’ll probably change alot of that…
he isnt, its been said time and time and time again, in basically every damn comment section on this website for every damn episode. the agreement when this show was started was ‘no flights, no capes’ so if you wanna see clark kent fly, go watch a superman movie.

Yes there IS DEFINITELY going to be a season 9. – Tom Welling and other actors have contracts for 2 more seasons!!! (tho i dont know if there will be a season 10…) But yes season 9 is definitely coming.

Lex isn’t dead. All we saw was a truck explode that was ‘meant’ to have Lex inside. He was obviously somewhere else. They just can’t show him any more cause Mike R quit the show.

animated movie “superman:doomsday”is not true to the comics. in the comics superman is killed by doomsday & goes to heaven and comes back. you should read the comics,they’re better than the cartoon sometimes.
